There arn’t enough words to describe how amazing this Hotel Monaco wedding was! Despite the torrential rain there was so much happiness and smiles throughout the whole day :) She looks like she was picked straight from the red carpet – in ALL of her dresses!!

Last week we all got together and decided to make the most of this gorgeous fall weather with our pups :) Although it was like any other day – this day marked the fifth year since my Dad passed away. I decided that instead of sitting around at home I would enjoy his favorite time of the year. I used to hate summer disappearing and autumn creeping up on us for this very reason. Everyone would talk about the gorgeous colours, cozy scarves and warm lattes, but for my family it just brought back sad memories. Last week made a change and I have to say, fall is growing on me :) This is to falling back in love with fall, enjoying more time off of work, spending it outside and making memories!!
Lauren and Kevin’s wedding was just stunning! Her first look with her father and Kevin made me cry behind my camera – just so emotional! And Lauren didn’t stop smiling all day :) I was so happy be a part of their special day!

Last weekend I had the most amazing time shooting the gorgeous Sam and Mark’s engagement shoot downtown! We were lucky enough to have the most beautiful fall day and spent hours wandering around the streets of Chicago and snapping a few shots along the way :) Sam just looked totally stunning and it was so clear to see how crazy Mark was for her.
Seriously?! Does it get much cuter?
I asked Mark to whisper something in Sam’s ear….I swear I had to stop him talking! I could have left him there all afternoon and he would have been content :) SO sweet
